perfect stay just before Xmas, nice for a couple.

We liked the decoration of the hotel, all of the staff were very nice. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of fresh fruit and prosecco! wonderful view from the hot tub to the Eiger north face.

the inside of the hotel was heated very warm.

Nice place to stay

Through the floor-to-ceiling windows on the first floor, you can enjoy stunning views of the beautiful mountain slopes of the Grindweld. This is exactly why I chose to stay at this hotel. I was impressed with the breakfast as well, which was not only of excellent quality but also rich in choice. Don't forget to bring your swimming suit to enjoy the Sauna and pool there. The hotel offers a fine dinner, but you need to book in advance.

I paid the city tax at the time of check-out. However, the hotel charged me again as I could not provide a receipt of payment. Although, they refunded me after I presented my credit card statement as evidence. But it really hurt our trust in the hotel.
