super friendly and helpfully housekeeper. the owner also answers in a few minutes,after messaging him. 2min from the beach and the poseidon 5 star diving centre. a lot of very good Restaurant in 2 - 20 min walk or tuktuk.

traintracks are kinda close. but its not that bad.

Modern property, bedroom, and bathroom! It seems like theyve recently renovated because everything was spotless and new. Comfortable bed and spacious bedroom. AC, fan, and hot water worked perfectly. Very convenient to have a fully operational kitchen, washing machine, and large common room. We were able to park our tuk tuk in their gated driveway. From the propertys location its less than 5 mins walking to where you can snorkel and see the massive sea turtles!

Perfect for someone who likes to be independent!

The property had great facilities including a washing machine which I was super pleased about!

As far as I can see the kitchen is cleaned & maintained by the people who are staying there, it was a little bit dirty. We chose not to use it

Nice stay just across the road from the beach in Hikkaduwa

We enjoyed the location as it was just across the road from the bus stand and the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Our host gave us good advice about best times to snorkel, and which buses to take for our onward journey.

The only real negative was that the kitchen seemed to have a bit of a problem with ants in the cupboards and on the side.

The placement is very nice, its not in the centre, but still next to the ocean and with walking distance to the central beach Bathroom and shower are very nice, the best ones I used during my trip Common space and balcony Kitchen

I was in the 5th room and the door closed very loudly cause it sunk a bit
