Disappointing

Breakfast and room. not bad Bed..Terrible, super old and Nothing firm, my lower back hurt for that

1.- One of the workers was super rude when I asked if they had cream cheese, she replied rudely If there is not there there is no and it was only 8:15 am and breakfast is until 9:30 and there were not many people for it to have run out. Then I asked the manager the same question (I guess because she was walking around with a notebook) and she gave the same answer but in a very friendly way, she even went to the fridge they have outside to make sure there was none. 2.- Bed..Terrible, super old and Nothing firm, my lower back hurt for that. 3.- I left the top of my pajamas, I called to ask about it and they told me that they had not found anything, which cannot be possible because I used it and did not bring it with me.

Not bad, could be better.

The hotel had comfy beds, great ac, nice lighting. Basic needs met. Friendly service. Parking was efficient.

The bathroom had a hazard with a broken light switch cover, thus exposing the interior of the walls to humidity/moisture. Slippery bath tub and sub-par shower curtain. The hot water in the shower wasn't working, and the overall pressure was very weak. Was not a fan of the thin walls.

The location, front desk staff, and breakfast were great, but the room was noisy.

We were able to get a top floor room for our 4th (final) night, so at last it was quiet. I tried after the first night, but apparently nothing was available.

A basketball team was staying in the hotel. There was loud stomping throughout the night from the floor above (until we were finally able to get a top floor room for our final night). There was also a large sticky stain on the carpet, so we didn't dare remove our shoes. We often took the stairs, even though it looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in many days. There was a live cockroach in the stairwell. I would expect stairwells to be vacuumed at least once a day.

Overall location worked out great, but bring your own towels. We had to gather towels and bring them down for a new towe

Location.

Rude staff, issues with getting towels you only get two and you had to bring them towels to get towels. The beds were old enough to feel the springs and our door couldnt close properly.

The elevator

The price was too high not sure why I paid$ 200.00 a night here ? There was a lady passed out with throw up on the ground in tge hallway. There wasnt enough tables to sit down to eat breakfast. I expected more for the price.

Easy check in, staff is super helpful.

The room wasn't really ready when I checked in at 10pm. No, towels, room was musty and hot, Before went into my room, the door was propped open already.
