Superb

The breakfast is normally very good but the last time We were there the eggs were cold the sausage was burned and the toast wasnt buttered-The service for coffee and refills were very very slow-that being said the hotel Is normally very very good-you do a great job most of the time.

Disappointing

Room was not clean from the guests before. had to get housekeeping to come, and it wasnt very clean after they came. Shoe prints in the shower and hair on the floor. As housekeeping was cleaning our hall, they left large garbage bags and piles of dirty laundry on the floor lining the rooms. Not an ideal sight when you are checking into your hotel.

Their is hidden charges they charge u 35 a night and it hasnt even been put back to my account For the price u could of atleast put some breakfast

Superb

We had a relaxing time at Estancia. It was a breath of fresh air.

Customer service was wonderful. The hotel theme was cute and rustic. Love that parking is free and that there is a restaurant in the building.

I didnt personally use it but I peek into the ice room on the 5th floor and it looked scary!

Superb

I had a quiet evening and would definitely consider staying here again.

It was quiet and relaxing. My bed was super comfortable. Pillows were just right. Not too firm and not too soft. The location was great. I loved the overall design of the hotel.

Staff could be a bit friendlier. My room was a bit dusty. When I closed the drapes, I saw a lot of dust bunnies. Everything else appeared clean to me.

Disappointing

Room was clean, but out-of-date.

Very loud traffic noise that woke me up multiple times during the night. The shower had poor pressure. The room was large, but poorly designed. Poor lighting throughout the room and a bad layout for, well, everything. Very out of date and poorly insulated from the outside traffic.
