Some guests liked the quirky decor and the presence of a Vietnamese restaurant nearby. Short trips only

Relatively close to Disney Land Paris, but you still need a car for transportation. Large reception area, which also includes the dining room. Though they only serve breakfast, you can still use the dinner for other meals. They are kind enough to provide you with plats and cutlery if needed. Very friendly stuff.

Quite small rooms for 3 pax. Besides the 3 beds, there is not enough space for luggage, so your stuff ends up directly on the floor. No very comfortable. There is a jacuzzi and sauna on site, though they are quite small and expensive for what is worth.

Location

Small room. Definitely not a family room. No water in the room. Shower not powerful, just a soft trickle of water. No teaspoons in room for the coffee/tea. Not enough milk or sugar for two adults to have one coffee each. Felt like we were an inconvenience when wanting to order a drink from the bar.

Overall stay was recommendable to tourist for budget but nice place to stay

The place is far from the central part of Paris but was accessible with bus 22 and metro RER A. But if your purpose is going to Disneyland it is very near to this place.The staff were nice and courteous. And the place was quiet. There was a supermarket nearby and some fastfood were you can go in late hours.

The only thing my son notice is an insect on the ceiling that made him awake all night.

Great location for Disney, great family room, breakfast fantastic. Night staff poor.

Breakfast: Morning staff were incredibly helpful and attentive and breakfast was fantastic. Children loved the pancakes and there was a huge variety of items. Great fuel for a busy day ahead! Location: Ideal for Disney

Night staff: On arrival, stood at counter for up to 10 minutes as one member of staff counted money. She stated that she was unable to check us in and her colleague would do so when she returned to desk. She then ignored us until colleague returned. After we checked in we went down to the bar for a drink. Only one member of staff was on duty and she was checking people into hotel so we waited. Once people had been checked in we asked could we be served. Staff member informed us that she had some things to finish first and she would serve us then. After waiting a further 5 minutes (20 minutes in total) we left. Very disappointing customer service. Night staff should take a lesson from the morning staff who could not have been more helpful and attentive.
