The Best Western Empire Elysees has a great location near major metro lines and within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe. The concierge was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was enjoya (Read More)ble with a variety of options. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only downside was issues with the smell from taps and the non-functioning A/C. Overall, it is recommended for its amazing location.

A day in Paris

The staff at Reception (Pierre) was very warm and welcoming and he gave us an insight of the French history. The staff at breakfast were also very kind. This hotel was roughly a 3 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe and there were so many good restaurants nearby. Perfect location!

Very good

In general , the rooms are clean, comfortable and not noisy so good experience. Breakfast very complete, with lots of savory and sweet options.

Room was a bit small (the single one was really really small, barely some space to move if you have a big luggage), the other room were I slept was a double room, which was slightly bigger, but I expected it to be quite bigger.

Good hotel close to places of interest.

Really good location near L'Arc de Triomph and close to le Palais des Congrs. Nice staff, clean room with plenty of electric sockets and a fridge. Good breakfast. Steady wi-fi connection. Also close to the Ternes metro station, and there's a Monoprix literally few steps away from the hotel.
