Beautiful resort, perfect rooms, all rooms was private and had a beautiful sea view, very clean and peaceful plenty of sun beds and restaurant overlooks sea

Beautiful stay

Beautiful location with a lot of flora and green around. The bungalows are super beautiful with an open air shower ! However they dont have ac and it can get quite hot especially in the night time so it is difficult to cool down sometimes. Great with a pool. Great and helpful staff.

The breakfast is not good unfortunately and especially for this kind of hotel it is really disappointing. Other than that the stay was really good

Lovely small scale resort for relaxation

Great quiet place, only 12 rooms but a large garden/pool area as if it was a larger resort, very well maintained grounds. Good breakfast, nice staff. Went for nice walks on the beach, not too busy with beach boys just turns into a football field for the local villagers . We did a cooking class in the local village which we really enjoyed. Juma was superb, great assistance, everything was well organized and Id definitely come back.

These are minor points and wouldnt keep me from coming back: I missed some sun loungers/umbrella directly at the beach and didnt like the assigned chair policy, there are sun loungers allocated to your room. Id prefer to be able to chose, more sun, more shade, the view etc. - also we were in bungalow 2 and therefore subjected to the music being played in the restaurant all day which was ok until it was the same 5 Christmas songs for days all day long. Restaurant food was ok but not as good as expected based on previous reviews. I had filtered on booking for airco and came across Belvedere, I hadnt realized that within the same resort the more expensive bungalows didnt have A/C. This was my fault and we could have moved to a room but my mom loved the outside bathroom of the bungalow too much and didnt like the sun loungers assigned to the available room. In my opinion the upstairs rooms offer the best breathtaking views and Ill make sure to request one when coming back:-)

We stayed here in bungalow on mid of the December for 4 nights . The resort is beautiful , the bungalow had everything we need . Nice room with private outside bathroom . The property is big , where you will have your own sun beds and shade with pool next to you to cool off . The bungalow's are not sounds proof if you know what i mean . The staff was excellent, they even made a nice dinner "African Style" set up at the Waka Waka restaurant for our last night upon the request . Everything outside the bungalow are on the sand so you can walk barefoot and feel the beach everytime you outside .

Our stay at Belvedere

A lovely small and quiet hotel in a very nice setting. The staff are always happy and available to help with whatever. The restaurant is also excellent and good breakfast offering.

The bed was not top.
