    The environment, located in between the mountains, good landscape, cutlery provided, it was nice experience.
    Little bit dusty inside my container, you can see the dust in the light of the lamp..don't know if it's there by lifting the comforter or by turning on the AC

    The perfect match of comfort and outdoors.
    It was an amazing family experience! We also did the hike - amazing views! We are definitely doing this a yearly family trip.
    The set up of the bathroom makes water come out while bathing.

    The management needs to arrange a training on customer service for persons sitting in reception.
    The place is nicely maintained with good and spacious cabins sufficient for 3 persons.
    1. The curtains were broken and we were told that they are in touch with some maintenance company and will be fixed soon. (NO PRIVACY AS CURTAINS ARE BROKEN FOR SOME CABINS) 2. Once you do the booking and want to clarity anything on the provided number 056 501 5831, Nobody will give you response (neither on WhatsApp or attend the call) 3. We were all made to wake up at 8 am with an emergency alarm. When I went to reception, the person at reception told us people are checking something. THE RECEPTION OR RELEVANT STAFF DIDNT BOTHER TO APOLOGISE for broken curtains or waking us up due to emergency alarm.
