Superb

Overnight getaway for parents of a 3 year old.

Quiet and clean place, friendly staff, super relaxed atmosphere.

Should be better signage to help guide people to the various amenities and dining options. No hotel pamphlet in room.

This last time it was disappointing.

Well as usual we love the atmosphere at the property it is very relaxing and we always enjoy our stay and unwind and relax which is our main goal since this is a staycation for my family.

One of the things I didn't like that when we first got there, the room we were given did not have a refrigerator or a counter top with the usual coffee it was an empty hall, very depressing, I requested a change and I was advise by management that only the upgraded rooms have what I was requesting and I was very upset and the only thing that the management did was give us an upgrade for an extra fee. It was ok but the room felt like it was not clean properly I found a pair of pants when I unfolded the pull out coach, it was very disgusted, but we said nothing and just decided that next time we would find somewhere else to rent.

I will definitely recommend to friends and family

The resort is clean and very aesthetic! The beach is a step away and the staff on the beach was excellent. Its all super convenient and very comfortable. The resort restaurant has an amazing breakfast. Everyone was very cordial and helpful, every single staff! We had an amazing week and will definitely go back in the future. The location of the resorts its also great, we went all over the place with the circuit transportation without using the car.

Very. Noisy with no soundproofing to be kept up to past 1.00am

The beach was nice but I didnt use it but still got charged $35 a day after arriving very late the first night so shouldnt have been charged for that day. The staff were not helpful at all.

As above and the rooms were very basic.

I loved the guest service, valet service was great always on time and with a smile. Food was fresh and waiters were great. Loved convenience of beach chairs and umbrellas short walk from restaurant and pool area.
