Polite, efficient staff. Clean, spacious room. Pets accepted. What more can you ask for?

Exactly what we needed for our holiday

Staff were lovely and the room was sufficient for our needs.

Not enough plug sockets! The shower tray did not drain very well

Very good

Close to where I needed to rent a car, and very well equipped with everything you could need for a quick stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and went out of there way to assist.

Nothing, except no place to put toiletries in the bathroom. Maybe a shelf?

Very helpful and friendly staff - good basic hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Spacious bedroom, cool in the hot weather. Drinks and ice available in reception which was a nice extra. Lots of gluten free options at breakfast.

Nothing really - just to be aware that its on the outskirts of Verona.

Good location, near the highway. Free parking space. Normal size of the hotel room.

We had a room on the ground floor, the doors are very loud. Also the music in the reception area was very loud until 11 pm. We couldn't sleep from those. They charged extra money for the dog, but the room had spots from other dog.
