Not a 3 star hotel as claimed

Vicinity to the Metro station and direct access to various locations

Bed was uncomfortable Air conditioning system was not responding (room was too hot) No cold water in the bathroom sink (informed staff about it but they didnt do anything) Limited amenities

Definitely it worthy money! Clean, tidy and small room enough for two made all we need from this hotel with 3 stars. Adv

Hotel is located in a few minutes from first metro station of number 14. Clean, small apartment but for two enough! Although its 3 stars, it has shampoos and towels in the bathroom.

Location is around 20 minutes by metro to Champs Elysees, but in our case that wasnt problem because traffic in Paris is crazy so metro is the best option!

Overall - good

Well connected to the city - metro station is across the street. Breakfast option - good to have. Room service was good - removing trash, making beds every day, changing towels at the half of the stay. Good value for money - especially when compared to other Paris hotels.

Cleaniless - it could and should be cleaner - overall it was clean (toilet, floor ok), but walls and window curtains were dirty. Missing home slippers for the room. It would be useful to have more space to unpack the bag and put clothes (some kind of wardrobe).

No essentials included: hairdryer, shower gel, kettle, tea/coffee facility; no space in the room, dirty curtains with stains ( clear evidence of somebodys vomit)

The location is nice. Very close to the metro and bus station.

The rooms could have been a bit better. They need more staff . More work needs to be done on the entrance door. The staff needs to be more accommodating.
