Guests enjoyed their stay at the Baymont by Wyndham Gatlinburg On The River. They found the rooms clean and comfortable, with nice river views from the balcony. Very good

The rooms the balcony seeing the river behind it was wonderful

That people have to walk outside to get to the elevator to get to the eating area and close to the road and it was very noisy

Bed made lots of noise when you rolled over, and TV remote was missing battery cover making it difficult to change channels.

we left early and didn't get a refund.

Hair on floor of bathroom, refrigerator didn't work, bathroom was cramp, faucet was too close to sink - not able to wash hands very well, river view was disappointing due to construction across the way. Check in clerk was sick and coughing. traffic noises were too loud.

Exceptional

Relaxing, fun and awesome view!

The room was very clean, awesome balcony over looking the River below. Convenient to free trolley stop and other attractions as well. Will stay at this location in the future.

Price was a bit high for one night but it was a holiday night so I get it. Really loved the room and view, both were amazing!

The balcony view of the river was beautiful.

Our hairdryer did not work and the balcony doors leaked from the hard rain.

The river view. The balcony.

The bed was extra firm. You can not turn left out of this place due to traffic patterns and parking is very tight.

Passable

Decent place but dont book for the river view.

The location is just a 1/2 mile walk from the center of town. The river is scenic but no privacy on your balcony. Stayed after Xmas so paid more than the usual person.

Breakfast was not on time as I would have left earlier had I known breakfast was late. 6:30 seems to be the time the employees starts to get it ready. Rooms were fine but they left a finishing nail near the shower out and I scratched my arm on it.
