The suites were new, comfortable and very close to shopping centers. Staff were friendly. Khalid was incredibly helpful and accommodating.

I came back for the second time in this location. Khalid is a very nice, optimistic and kind person who does his job with great pleasure and answered all my questions and requests. Everything was wonderful. Shops nearby, restaurants, even a pharmacy. After a 15-minute walk you reach the seaside, you can walk on the seafront, you can eat the fish of your choice, you can exchange euros into Turkish liras at a good exchange rate and you can visit the Florya shopping complex and Istanbul Aquarium.

This is my third reservation in Istanbul, and it's the best one so far. Neat, clean, and quiet apartments in a gated area. The pool is beautiful and clean even in winter, although it wasn't operational; it was nicely lit. Excellent location in a quiet and cozy neighborhood. Across the street, there's a business center with shops and a food court, and a pharmacy within walking distance. The room has air conditioners and radiators. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. Pleasant and clean furniture. The old airport is nearby, so there are always enough taxis available. The sound of planes doesn't bother at all, even though I am a light sleeper. The sea and a pleasant promenade are also within walking distance. In short, a very pleasant and cozy place. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive, always ready to help (as the property has multiple apartments managed by the same company). I will definitely book these apartments in the future!

As for drawbacks, I would probably suggest adjusting the amount of toilet paper and dishwasher tablets based on the length of stay. We bought them ourselves, but for someone else, this might be more critical.

A very clean and modern apartment fitted with everything you might need. The apartment is located in a very good area, near a mall. The Marmaray train station, and another mall are at 7 minutes walking time.

Great location, shopping centre nearby, spacious apartment, comes with a balcony, very modern and cosy. Whenever Im in this part of Turkey Ill stay here for sure! Staff are very helpful, kind and welcoming

I didnt like the fact that I could hear the neighbours. Unfortunately the walls are not soundproof. Wasnt a major issue for us but if youre having a conversation the people next door can hear you. Only downside. Also if you want your room serviced you have to ask its not something thats done daily.

provide good facility with wm, hobs, dishwasher. good location close to shopping mall with carrefour, you can buy most things there. 15min walking to fasttrain. safety places

there are some misunderstanding on microwave oven, but with the nice staff Sara help, greatly solved,she deserved the highly thanks a lot.
