Wonderful and friendly host who could not do too much for you. Beautiful property. Very comfortable bed. And the freshly baked bread ( with the secret ingredients!) was delicious!

Quiet cottage charm.
Robert was friendly and attentive and put effort into making us feel welcome.
We would have liked the shared shower and room to be a bit cleaner. There was also no insulation in the room so was too hot then too cold - it would have been great if the window had a fly screen so it could stay open for airflow and/or fan to help airflow.

The warmth and hospitality extended by Robert himself set the tone for what was an exceptionally relaxing experience. It's an ideal spot for enjoying a good book, with the tranquility only interrupted by the gentle sounds of nature from the stunning garden. I spent many hours just walking the pathways or sitting on a bench, admiring the array of flowers and plants. Robert's B&B is more than just a bed and breakfast; it's an excellent place for relaxing in Tasmania that I'm already looking forward to visiting again.

Perfection :)
Robert was an excellent host - extremely accommodating, friendly and reliable. It was great to see a host who is flexible enough to allow guests to charge up their EV overnight- saved us a lot of hassle in the mornings. Many more rowing Regattas ahead of us and hopefully many more stays.

Thanks for a great stay, wed definitely stay again!
Really nice property, its something else and super cozy. The surroundings are beautiful and we felt right at home. The breakfast was delicious!
