The receptionist was fanatastic. She knew where I lived and even the local dialect! I was given an upgrade and the room and facilities were second to none. It was a very nice hotel and genienely seemed to look after the customers...with places to go and to eat.

We were upgraded to Junior suite, fantastic room. Breakfast was wonderful way more than expected. Staff helpful on check in everything was explained including where thing were located.

Pretty hotel with spa close to the center

Hotel very close to the center of the city, ideal to access the beach and the pintxos bars. The room was pretty and very big. Lovely spa accessible for an hour per day with swimmingpool, sauna and hammam included in the total price.

The bed was extremely soft (be aware if you have a sensitive back) Also we didnt use the hammam, which smelled like mold
