Good deal for the money

Hotel parking is not the best and you also need to phone to confirm otherwise it can be bad luck as it gets fully booked pretty quickly.

When there are large groups, the restaurant does not have the capacity to handle the rest of the customers . Other than that, very good.

Handy location and clean but eat elsewhere, loads of nice places in the area.

The location was good. And the reception staff are very helpful.

The restaurant serves the worst white wine I have ever had (and Im not fussy when it comes to wine), it was undrinkable. The staff were friendly but as I have a fish allergy I ended up being very nervous eating there as they couldnt communicate properly with me even when I tried using google translate. The wait to be seated was extremely slow even when we could see several empty tables.

A lovely base to explore San Sebastin

The room was well appointed and fully met our expectations and needs. We ate in the hotel restaurant on the first night and found the quality of food and the value to be exceptional.
