When we arrived, the concierge are very attentive to us, they took our luggage and never let us carry any heavy things. Then they instructed us to go 1st floor for checking in, when we went to first floor, we love how cheerful and very accommodating the reception staff, they even upgraded the room due to my request. They offered us something to drink while waiting. When we reach the room, it was really beautiful, the decorations are elegant and the view from the big glass window is spectacular. After a while, they have delivered some fruit gifts to us in the room. The beds are very comfortable and place is really big. In the living room, the TV has chrome cast so we are able to watch our favorites show in the netflix from my ipad, while in the bedroom, they have bluetooth speaker so if ever we want to hear some music from our phone, we can hear it all over the place. The dinner and breakfast is delectable and sumptuous, we really enjoyed the food from seven seeds. The pool is clean and overlooking. Everything we experienced in this hotel was remarkable. The staff are kind and respectful, the facility is exceptional.
