Enjoyable

The staff was courteous, professional and friendly. The property had all the necessary facilities for our needs and the it was suitably located - near major malls, metro stions and the airport. We liked the food served for lunches and dinner especially the Friday evening barbecue where the Chef out did himself.

Although the property has excellent facilities, they are not properly maintained (e.g. the room that had been allocated to me first had water leakages in the bathroom, fridge and TV screen not working). Room cleaning could be improved ( I got the impression the main issue was probably lack of supervision, for when we engaged the cleaner in charge of our room. he improved greatly). Breakfast could be improved by increasing variety especially on fruits etc,
