Another great stay

I LOVE the beds the most. SOOOO Comfortable. Next was the cinema.. it was so cute and amazing, (U must book in advance guys to use it. It is free but must be booked in advance. So I'd call 1 week before your stay & book in a time to use it. Pool, gym, bbq & golf amazing amenities there's also a library with loads of DVDs to use while your stay also. The food downstairs is amazing as well. I always stay at Avani especially when it's school holidays.

hmmm the smell in the hallways and lifts some of the time.

Passable

I bookec this property for my family including 3 year old so paid extra for roll out bed. On arrival family asked to wait beyond 2 pm check in and then staff had confus ed booking so finally installed them next door with extra bedroom but very bleak outlook and on 8th floor with unusable balcony for 3 year old. Apppreciate their efforts but wont use again

Pleasant stay

Staffs are the highlight of this property, esp the duty manager who greeted us upon check-in on the 25th Dec 2023. Breakfast was nice, highly recommend the eggs benedict and Canadian breakfast.

Perfect place to take your children, friends or partner

I LOVED the bed & the layout it was so comfortable. The hotel staff were lovely. It was super easy to check in. The food at the restaurant were really good also. The gym was fantastic and the pool.

The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't clear communication about the cinema. I thought you could just use it when you like but found out that you actually had to book it in advance to use it.

You get half of what youre paying for

Good Location, convenient parking

View and noises in the lower floor apartments are bad, terrible WiFi which is sometimes working a bit, our apartment had half of the furniture than on the pictures - two chairs and a small table for a 4 person apartment, one tiny uncomfortable sofa and no ambient lighting (no additional lights except the lights integrated in the ceiling), curtains were two small to darken the room and partly ripped off the ceiling, almost no storage in the closets, the apartment was partly dirty when we got it, extreme bad noice insulation in the apartment

Nice location but not clean enough and not worth the money

Nice location.

The carpet in one bedroom is very dirty and has a big stain on the carpet. The floor in the shared public area is dirty as well. The property is not clean enough and does not worth the money I spent.
