Beautiful heritage building and gardens, with the inner courtyard a beautiful space for a drink and soak up some sun.

The rooms were a little old, but that's to be expected given it was built in the 1800's.

Historic Hotel, Neat & Quirky

Perfect location, close to shopping and restaurants. Quirky building with historic tones. Large rooms, well equipped for a short stay. Large bed and comfortable. Able to store luggage. Staff was super helpful.

Noise from restaurant below was a tad loud. Room is older with some cosmetic issues needing addressed. Bedside lamps didn't work, had to be replaced. Bedroom TV wouldn't connect and wasn't usable.

Overall a good stay for a short family trip to Adelaide.

I loved the architecture and heritage feel. Studio rooms were excellent. Large & fully equipped with kitchenette, washer & dryer. Room service was quick & delicious A request for late check out was granted. Comfortable beds & rooms had beautiful high ceilings, which makes it feel grand. Very well priced. Courtyard & bar & restaurant was lovely with good ambience.

No balcony on the rooms. We wouldve liked to have been closet to Rundle Mall.

Fantastic location & spacious but for us, housekeeping lets this place down.

Great location and apartment spacious and well equipped. The day time reception staff are really lovely and very helpful. Swimming pool & hot tub is a fabulous addition and Adina goes that extra mile by providing towels & water bottles for gym.

Housekeeping really let this facility down. We arrived to stained bedding on both beds, dirty grout in shower, an outside table that hadnt been cleaned in weeks but it was more the poor servicing of the apartment during our stay that contributed to us not extending it a further 11 days (eg either not servicing apartment or not replenishing everything when they did or not hoovering during the service or not noticing the stained sheets when they made the beds etc). Personally we also found the room a bit noisy and dark and with being street level our curtains were closed a fair bit. But the apartment definitely also had its positives - I just felt I could get better value for money and somewhere a bit lighter & brighter by moving elsewhere after 5 nights.
