location, villa size, facilities, pool, bedrooms, everything was amazing. we really couldnt fault it. we will certainly be coming back again when we return to ayia napa!!

Everything was amazing!

everything was good-the location, near beach, large swimming pool,two large dining areas. We needed late check-out due to late flight hours, the owner was nice and let us stay after the checkout usual hours.

Nissi beach is the best beach in Cyprus, I gonna return back with my family here again

Very good location in Ayia Napa: 2-3 minutes from the beach by foot (BTW Nissi beach is the best beach in Cyprus, I gonna return back with my family here again) free parking for 2 cars, big clean pool, everything you need for barbecue, very polite and helpful owner: very good assistance before chek-in and after

a little bit noisy because of the road if wanna sleep with open windows - I've fixed issue with earplugs ;)

We were satisfied but with limitations

We liked the big pool (you cant find a pool that deep and big these days). The outside of the house is beautiful and can host a large company. Also we liked the location and how quiet it was but Also close to different beaches and restaurants.

The beds were stiff. Also the A/C had a setting to close every two hours so the night sleep was interupted.
