Perfect family stay to explore Rotterdam

Altough huge this hotel was very quiet. Our son loved the family room with its cozy little room just him Ideally located close to the metro station.

Great location and views but a little overpriced.

The walk in shower was a nightmare. Didnt drain fast enough so the bathroom flooded. Took the whole night to drain away.

Not recommended

We decided to leave. The hotel is in a dangerous part of town. Lots of alcoholics and drug addicts in the neighbourhood. Rubbish everywhere. The hotel room stank of cigarettes. The receptionists are friendly, but the manager is rude and ill-mannered.

Amazing stay for the pricepoint, Would definitely go here again.

The restaurant connected to the hotel was very convenient, although a bit expensive. Ordering food to the hotel was also easy and discreet. The rooms and overall aesthetic of the hotel is gorgeous, better than the pictures.

Housekeeping, came in every day at 10 am, did not speak Dutch nor English which was awkward. Also there was maintenance on our floor, we could hear drilling every morning.
