Spacious and well equipped rooms

No option to make tea in room (Or I could not find it) Airco was on when I arrived late, so must have been running for no reason the entire days since cleaning

Relaxing stay with everything we needed and attentive staff.

The staff were incredibly helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage before check in as we got to Rotterdam early in the morning. The staff gave us advice on places to visit and how to get around the city. Nothing was too much trouble and every staff we spoke to, even housekeeping staff were friendly and approachable. The bed was very comfortable and we had the mezzanine room which gave us space to relax and watch TV too. The location was perfect and we were close to the tram and underground. The hotel is located near the river and there are some great views.

Quick stop in Rotterdam

Beautiful and interesting old building that has been expertly crafted into comfortable suites. We had a rooftop room which was amazing; spacious with lots of nice touches. Staff couldnt do enough to help and the breakfast was fantastic. Our only regret was that we were only in Rotterdam for one night! Good location for the centre and the river.

Strategically located in the heart of Rotterdam, this family owned boutique hotel is a real gem. It was wonderfully refurbished with a great taste and effort but it has an interesting story as well, being the place where Mr. Pincoff had his office and his vault. The rooms are voluminous and very luxurious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dank u!
