Good location with dirty bad hotel.

Location

Fly everywhere. Room bedsheets and bathroom towels very dirty with stainless. Floor not clean. Breakfast and dine area has flies everywhere on fruit and food. Milk jar for coffe was never cleaned and has years of stains.

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Location of hotel is 15min walk to tunjungan plaza.

Room was a bit warm even with the air-conditioning running.

I would recommed this hotel especially for 3 people travel together.

The only hotel that I could find that could provide family room with 3 single beds. Room is spacious. Not far from Gubeng train stasiun, around 10 minutes. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Bakso Malang Cak Man and Cwi Mie are walking distant from the hotel.

Towels were greyish.

Perfection

They allow us for early checkin and even allow us to change room as we requested for room nearby to each other. Room was clean and spacious. Staffs were so polite, even allow me to print my boarding pass. Thank you!
