The morning staff (receptionist and breakfast staff) were very nice. Always friendly greetings and being helpful with a nice smile. The night reception not as much, Im afraid (He seemed constantly bothered when asked questions, which might be a language barrier thing or a personality thing! Not sure!)

The room was super small, barely enough space to walk around the bed. The lift only carries one person. This one is not really on the hotel, but Im gonna mention it anyway. I absolutely do not recommend this place to someone with knees and/or ankles injuries. The neighbourhood is very hilly and cars, motorcycles, etc. honestly wont give a sh** about pedestrians (a guy on a motorcycle hit me ON THE PAVEMENT and didnt even apologise!) . Gotta watch out for yourself every second, especially if youre walking back to the hotel at night.
