Staff of Interhome was rude and has attacked us .also 100 dollar pending has to be immediately refunded

Was my worst stay.

we have made a police complaint as the staff of interhome hit me on the face and she deliberately charged us 100 US dollars on pretext of apartment being unclean .we have all the video evidence and we would request the interhome or concerned authorities to take stern action and immediately refund us the money.it is a request failing which we will have to take future action.I agin insist my complaint as I have video evidence to prove my charges

Exceptional

Me and my family stayed there (6 people). It was very spacious for us. The apartment was clean, bright and spacious. Nice mountain view from the balcony. It is approx 10 mins walk from the Wilderswil Bahnhof. Interlaken Ost and West are also easily accessible by bus and train. We really liked this place and would recommend this to others.
