Very good

The hotel was great, the food was different every day, drinks were VERY strong! Not like the usual all inclusive cocktails that taste like juice! Big pool, lots of sun loungers didnt need to worry about where wed sit even with there being 6 of us!

The hotel is a huge resort, our room was a 10-15min walk away from the main part of the hotel.

Perfect winter sun scape!!

Stunning convenient location, feeling very private yet close to everything. Everything from buffet, staff, pool, gardens, activities was perfect!

The room was a bit humid but it is true that we didnt put the heating on and we traveled in November so in warmer summer months this would be and advantage feeling cooler in the resort thanks to all the vegetation.

Spa was dirty, the sauna was not warm enough. U have to book to use it( and u can use it only 45 mins all together) ....we had an appiontment for 10:00...but the spa was still closed at 10:00...we had to wait front of the closed door...than at 10:10 a lady just arrived and turned on the sauna ..which needed half an hour to warm up.......so from the 45 mins...( 10 mins waiting for the lady to open the entrance...+half an hour to warm up the sauna from zero celsius....) forget the spa part of the hotel....

The staff are amazing, friendly and super helpful. The staff I encountered outside the reception and bar didn't all speak fluent English but they would always go above and beyond to help. The food was good. The 1 return shuttles to the nearby town were great too, fantastic value for money. All in all it was a lovely stay.

I think the room was a little outdated and not that spectacular at all. I did visit another 5 star hotel during my time and the room at Adriana was definitely nicer. It's a shame about the bed being a twin bed pushed together. I think the spa is a little boring too, not very relaxing or zen at all but was glad I could book it in.

Very good

Lovely and relaxing.

Lovely resort and was very clean and the food was good. It was easy to walk around it. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I also liked the transfers into the main towns as the resort is located further away and not walkable.

We went off-peak season so a lot of the activities weren't running and not all the restaurants were available on the resort. But that's on us for going at that time of year. We liked that it was quiet and not overrun with other guests.

Enjoyable stay

The staff was wonderful, the food was excellent with the variety for everyone's taste, the beach with cliffs was stunning, the superior room was ok.

The bed linen felt humid at times, the neighbours were really loud till 3 am last night of the stay, so there were some minor things, but overall they didn't spoil the positive impression.

Location at the beach and the dunes/gardens at the hotel. Quite a few different facilities available such as tennis, tabletennis and spa. Reception was very friendly.

Focus is clearly on volume not on quality, with very little eye for detail and ultimately not on par with 4star hotel. The bar area had the typical putrid smell of a postmix or bartray never getting properly cleaned. The spa facilities were simple with a pleasant enough sauna, but the steamroom was out of order. We had a screw sticking out of the bathroom floor where the doorstopper was meant to go. I also felt the restaurant was understaffed and the waiters on site were getting overworked and treated unpleasantly by management.
