Clean, good location, great place to stay if you are on a budget

The staff are very kind and the location of the hotel is really great. The hotel was small but very clean and nice. Close to great food, beaches, etc...

The hotel was clearly on the older side, but it was great value for what we payed.

Superb

The room was so nice and cosy, great lighting and AC was great. Waterfall shower was good pressure. Honestly it was the best room Ive stayed in my whole trip. Bed so comfy. Staff lovely.

They have just reopened since low season and I think have refurbished the whole place. They have only been open for a week so there was no restaurant and a lot of building work going on. The tv wasnt set up in my room meaning Netflix, Disney etc wouldnt work. The pool looked a bit dirty so didnt go in

It is located close to the beach. You can walk to the night market.

The bed has a really sharp corner. We hit our leg there multiple times because the room is very small.

Excellent staff, excellent location, great valueI would stay here again.

First of all, the people who work at this hotel are the KINDEST AND NICEST people I have encountered so far on my trip! They always greeted me with big smiles, asking how my day went and if I needed anything. 100% the best staff possible! Location was also EXCELLENT! You have everything you need right around you, plenty to do but without feeling overwhelmed like on the other side of Ao Nang. The beach is literally across the street where you can swim and catch the sunset, and there is a night market 5 minutes away in both directions! I even extended my trip by one night!

Disappointing

The room is very tired. good location opposite beach and a little away from the main strip of ao nang. The place needs alot of tlc, bathroom dark, friends room very musty and unfortunately while there there was no electricity for the whole day in the city (not their fault) but we were not told until we paid for room, we could have changed plans. The sound coming from the generator from the neighbouring property was the last straw. we stayed one night not the 4 we had booked.

The place was empty, just drab. Needs a redo. other hotels booked out.
