Nice hotel for family

Location, close to the beach. Nice and private. Swimming facilities that my kids enjoyed. Helpful and friendly restaurant and reception staff members.

Cleaning staff takes too long to clean rooms. We stayed almost the whole day in an uncleaned room and when they clean eventually its not even properly cleaned.

Very good

The two bedroom apartment was larger than expected. We stayed in the front unit at the top level, the view of the ocean was very beautiful. We enjoyed the gas grill on the stoep. The hotel is very close to the beach with a well kept walking path through the short bush section.

Zinkwazi does not have decent shops, so come prepared with your groceries when staying in the self catering units to save yourself a 40km round trip. There are some aspects of the hotel that shows it's age, however it did not bother us two much.

Nice location. Good setup of the resort.

Wonderful location. Rooms were nice and spacious.

Poor cleanliness. Bathroom and kitchen was not too clean. Kitchen utensils were in a poor state. No other options for meals or snacks besides the restaurant. There were no kids activities besides the jungle gym. There was no Christmas theme during the festive season. Complimentary water was only available on the day we checked in.

Pleasant stay

Great location, very well trained & friendly staff always will to help. Clean rooms.

There's not much i didn't like except that we got a room with no see view & the tiring stairs we had to climb because our room was at the top.

Inaccessible to people using wheelchairs

The staff was nice and the place was clean and the location was good

My booking specifically indicated that I need a facility that is wheelchair accessible it was confirmed but at arrival it was not accessible I could not use the bathroom for 3 days and the first rooms that they gave me had the step in front of the room they should not advertise themselves as being accessible for people with disabilities they can do this once they change the bathrooms
