All was good for the money. The hotel also gave us additonal hours and we checked out at 2pm instead of 11am. Thanks for this!!

Superb

We have a wonderful stay at Thiruvananthapuram for a week. Thanks for everything.

Its near to KIMS hospital and Lu Lu Mall. Restaurant is fair price and the staffs are helpful.

The location is near to the airport. Had food once in the restaurant and the food was ok and the restaurant staff was courteous.

Very poor service from the reception staff. Only the restaurant staff were good. The in-room facilities are in poor condition - example, AC controls, TV remote, USB plugs etc. Old and yellowish bed linen and bathroom towels. The secure locker in our room was not working - called the staff and he couldnt do anything. I dont know about room cleaning - no one came during our stay.

Rooms are spacious and clean.. Bathrooms were neat and clean, too.

A/c need to be separately turned on by a switch.which we were not aware and ended up figuring in the morning.

The rooms were clean and staff was polite

The chain lock on the door was broken and card access was not working. They did not mention the food basket was not complimentary and was charged Rs 515 for some small packets of moong daal, banana chips and kitkat.
