Disappointing

Chicken for breakfast everyday and nothing different.

Staff n facilities are okay.

Only one towel was supplied for the two of us.

Water dispenser is a great plus. Breakfast as well. Overall all the bad points we had a pleasant stay.

Room was not very clean, smell of tobacco when it was a non smoker room. Room for 2 but only one chair. Stains on the bed and towels and leaks in the bathroom. From the 2 nights we slept 1 thanks to the Bromo tour. Personal is nice but hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Cheap price does not justify lack of maintenance.

Just a fine minimalist place to sleep with wondeful breakfast option

Breakfast is fabulous. The city view is good at night, too bad have no time to enjoy it

The Alley is dark on day 1. power outlet only for one bed, other bed have no power outlet (twin room). The desk is too narrow. My co-worker can connect to WIFI but I can't connect to WIFI, the technical man cannot fix it for my notebook.

Filthy

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for it's cleanliness and we found out it was filthy: there was hair everywhere and the sheets looked as if they hadn't been changed from the previous guests. The mirror had some white stuff splashed onto it and the bathroom had broken pieces. The whole hotel didn't look looked after. They also charged us what we thought was our welcome tea. So sad having to pay for a cup of tea at the lobby because you don't have any tea in your room.

The room was extremely dirty, the sheets, walls and curtains had all kinds of stains. We had to ask three times to have the sheets changed and in the end we had to find the housekeeping staff ourselves, who even had an attitude. Wouldn't recommend even for a short stay.

Superb

GREAT SHORT STAY IN THE HEART OF SURABAYA

The best part is the central location. Staff was super helpful and courteous, they even helped us in booking local taxis. Zahudi at the front desk was exceptionally efficient.

Choice of food at the restaurant was somewhat limited.
