Very nice place with friendly staff... just hoping they can do something about the music sound.

Aloft Al Mina Hotel is located in a central location. Its not near a metro station though. If you are having a rental car its a very good place to stay. They have a huge parking in their basement. We stayed in the family room, which consists of 2 interconnected rooms. One was a huge double bed and the other one was two twin beds. Both rooms had bathrooms (one with a bath tub). Very spacious and huge rooms Their breakfast spread was very good. We stayed there for 10 days and they always had something new. Their live egg and Indian delicacy counters impressed us. They have varieties of fruits and salads. smoothies, soups, continental and Indian breakfast items. Lots of things to choose from. We ordered in room dining quite a few times and the food was always very good. They even gave us discount on the menu prices. The swimming pool is really good. They always have a lifeguard at all times. It overlooks Burj Khalifa and the city view. Nice place to enjoy the water. I wish they could keep it open for a little longer as it closes at 7 pm. The staff at the restaurant and the reception are extremely helpful and smiling. They would go overboard to ensure that you are happy and satisfied.

We booked the room at an extremely rush season in the end of Dec and they had parties during the entire duration of our stay. The music from the parties (Christmas, New year, other parties) was too loud. Although they would lower the music at the later part of the night but the guests in the parties were too loud. Due to this we were unable to sleep well. This happened every day for the whole 10 days we stayed there. Initially we requested the staff to change our room and they accommodated our request but the other side of the hotel has construction on the roads and that sound also lasted the whole night; equally annoying. So we moved back to our original room after one night on the other side. The receptionist told me that they sound proofed the windows for us when we complained but that didn't work either. We had mosquitoes in the room, for which we asked for repellent but they could not help us. Cleaning could have been better. At times some things would be left by the side of the dustbins by the cleaners. the beds would just be straightened up and not tucked in properly at times. But not much to complain about. The toiletries were not all provided when we checked in. Only towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner was there... We had to ask for everything, but they would provide us whatever we asked for. They had in room iron, safe and tea and coffee machines. Due to these reasons, I've reduced the rating. Or else I would have given them a 10.

Lovely comfortable rooms but horrible common areas

Rooms were nice and clean. Very comfortable beds. Rooms were serviced daily. Loved the rooms

Outside of the room being nice, common rooms were dirty, got bitten by mosquitoes in the foyer. As for the gym and High note floor. It has a horrible smell. The bar and poor area were dirty and did not look well maintained. Even checked out 2 days before departure.

Good size room and bed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Roof top pool and bar with great views. Good car park.

Very Loud thumping disco music every night could feel the vibration in our room on 4 th. Floor. Would put us off staying again.

Excellent though room rates have been highly because of last minute booking but happy to see it was luckily available

Had stayed almost for more than 8 Months earlier and hence that was reason for selection of property. Everything was and is good. No complaints

Pleasant

Location and the room. Sivam & Mushtaq were accommodative. They are assets to Aloft Al Mina.

The hotel looks run down. No shaving kit, dental kit, slippers, etc. Looks like there is a lot of cost cutting. This my 4th stay in 2 years and i certainly felt that the standard is downslide.
