Great location - average hotel

Damp rooms, variable stock from housekeeping- no shower curtain for first two days, never fully stocked towels/facecloths after first day - felt like there wasnt enough stock for demand. Sheet on bed after day two was a single turned sideways and didnt fit - made bed uncomfortable. Room had poor ventilation and clothes and bedding was damp most of the time

Ideal location, close to the beach , supermarket and coffee shops are nearby

Breakfast option is not good, very limited option for breakfast, fixed menu Rooms doesnt have coffee machine or kettle to make coffee No drinking water available in the rooms

Perfect for what we needed over new heads really enjoyed

Staff were lovely and accomodating. The rooms were spacious and the location was fabulous - we really enjoyed our stay.

Good value and a location. Far enough away from the noise but close enough to the action.

We chose the location because of a wedding. It turned out to be quite a good area as it was close to the Lincoln Mall which had shopping and restaurants.

There were times when the house cleaning did not put towels in our room which is a big no no. Also the internet service had too many restriction on it. It would not let me onto some websites which were just venues or shopping sites.

Just the location and toilet clean and good size

This room its so tiny , we damaged our feet many times, cannot put our luggage easy , to get coffee we should going to second floor just from 7-11 am , water also fill the bottles not mineral water. Room its not clean and very used

Perfect location close to the beach. We were upgraded for the suite, the room is big and well equipped. The only thing is that there are construction works in the hotel and it can be quite noisy during the day
