Very good

The Christmas atmosphere was amazing as in romantic movies. Breakfast was delicious and a view made it as well. Personal was super friendly and kind to me.

The only thing that bothered me is the waving hot water. It's not acceptable for the price I payed per night to deal with a lack of hot water in the bathroom.

A bit disappointed. It was my 20th wedding anniversary and my husbands 50th so expected a bit more

Breakfast was very good, staff lovely

Our deluxe room was attached to a twin room and we could hear everything. Also the door was unlocked to the adjoining room so we locked it there was someone in the room and returned the key to reception. Dinner options were very poor but the singer was very good

Everything! This is an amazing hotel in an awesome location and so very convenient to all Como has to offer! The staff is second to none and were so friendly and helpful all the time! We stayed a week and had absolutely the best room in the hotel with a large balcony! The views from the room are stunning! The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays and made the stay feel like home. The daily breakfast is the best weve ever had in a hotel and was included with our room! The food options were simply amazing! The wait staff were so professional and kind and made our visit extra special. What a place to culminate a nice long holiday vacation in Europe! Thank you to everyone at Albergo Terminus for this wonderful memory!

A first class, grand hotel experience

This is a first class, grand hotel with rooms, food, and staff to match. It enjoys a fantastic location right on the lake in the centre of Como. The room was spotless, with crisp linens and smart decor. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Best of all was the service of the staff. Thank you.
