Perfect location

Perfect location on lovely square just few minutes walk from lake . Every thing in walking distance. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops on doorstep . Beds were so comfortable, rooms cleaned every day . Didnt include breakfast in stay so cant comment. Staff all very helpful and late check out at 12 noon . Cant recommend this hotel enough, will definitely stay again when visiting Como

Very good

Staff was very courteous. Location was terrific. Breakfast was a great buffet. The server was a sweetheart. Room was spacious and clean.

Lighting in room. Was difficult to read. No Kleenex in room. No washcloths in bathroom. Noise from kids in plaza below window continuing to 2am. Would like one TV channel showing news in English.

Male receptionists who was working at 8 am on Monday morning was super helpful with assisting in getting our car to the airport all sorted for us. Breakfast was delightful. Room was incredible and comfortable.

Perfect Stay

It was an amazing stay..The location was perfect, the room spacious ,warm and clean.The reception girls were so polite and helpful.Also the girl who is in charge to assist the breakfast was so good.She offered to help us with milk for baby even we don't ask to her..Special thanks to her.We were so good at Albergo Firenze.We will be back!
