    OK to use as a go to location as its in such a good location public transport wise
    It's very close to a subway station and a very big supermarket
    The fact that certain rooms where next to a 'highway'. Sounds were tempered though whenever you would lower the blinds

    Location 2 mins from funicular and 7 mins ride to Como. Very good breakfast, plentiful Chiara very helpful. Room comfortable and warm in november
    We didn't like the idea that the door to the outside wasn't locked at night as it's a fire door too but we're reassured by Chiara that Brunate is a safe place..

    Great stay on the hills.
    Location was great, 5 min walk from funicular station, so Como town is easily accessible. Size of the room was enough for two and it had great view to the lake Como. Host was friendly and had good English skills, so communication was easy. We accidentally booked hotel room for wrong days, but we were able to change the dates by asking the host, even though our booking was non refundable (however this probably won't be possible during the high season because hotel is always sold out). Also lines to the funicular can be long during high season, but there is other options to getting down to como town (bus or rental car for example)

    Breakfast could uae some warm food options. Otherwise it was great: fresh coffee, croissant, fruits, yoghurt, bread, cakes.
