Okay for an overnight stay whilst transiting through.

Lovely large airy room, good facilities and very comfortable bed. Also very clean. Good breakfast available. Excellent place for a stopover whilst transiting through Europe, have stayed here several times of the last decade.

Only a chocolate/snack machine available if arriving late in the evening, no savoury options. Everything else was fine.

Travelling to and from the UK & Italy a safe car park is a must! This hotel is perfect for the traveler.

An overnight stay after a long drive. perfectly acceptable.

Every thing was as expected which is the whole idea of staying at an Ibis.

The shower door fitment could use some maintenance but was not a huge worry.

Unverschmtes Verhalten, eine meiner schlimmsten Erfahrungen

We arrived 22:00 at night with two kids. Staff at reception informs us that you are not allowed to sleep in one room with both kids. Info was apparently available for us to read beforehand. Checked it - small note at the end of a long E-Mail. The kind of additional information that you are not supposed to read. Staff is apparently trained to take advantage of the situation and sell an addl. room at almost the maximum rate (14 discount, still an addl. 84). Reception staff still friendly - but who cares after that upselling procedure? Being aware that you have to accept in this situation? Result: Paid 150+ for a ridiculous customer experience and even one room with bad smell from bathroom. Cannot recommend. Zustzlich: Schlechter Geruch aus Toilette, undichte Toilette, gesamtes Bad nicht sauber. Offensichtlich gekaufte Bewertungen. Keinerlei Hilfe seitens Booking.com

not bad for price. rooms need updating. bar onsite closing at 10:30.

15mins to train station to get to lake como cost around 4 euros return. trains about every 30/60 minutes. lidl and aldi just up the road from hotel and fantastic mexican restaurant. all within 15 minutes walk from hotel.

room clean but very basic. no english tv channels. room bit outdated.
