    Central position, clean room and nice owner
    Location in is Siena city center so it's great to walk around and explore. Our room had balcony and a nice view. Everything was clean and the owner is very nice.

    Great deal for an excellent location
    Great location, precisely in the centre. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Room was great, good temperature and they had some free water and tea available in the reception, which made everything even better.
    Nothing that we didn't like. It's just important to be aware that there are some stairs to climb and no elevator, but for us this was not a problem since we carried only a small backpack each.

    All you need: comfy, clean, and central location, highly recommended!
    Super clean room, excellent beddings (comfy bed, new sheets and towels, extra blankets, and extra pillows!) and great location. Extra points for the cute little roof top patio in our room, added a romantic feeling to our stay. Would definitely stay here again! Don't miss the nearby opera show if you are in Sienna on a Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday! Find the brochures in the reception, or ask the staff, they were truly kind and welcoming. Will stay here again next time we are in Sienna, I highly recommend it!

    VERY large room in an annex building. Spacious living and kitchen area, with a bedroom on that floor as well as another bedroom up stairs.

    A good place to stay in Siena
    I think the "Albergo" was renovated not so long ago. It is well located. Everything is fresh and clean. I had a nice view from my window and plenty of space in my sleeping- and bathroom. Staff was really friendly. You have free water, coffee and tea. I would stay here again.
    Nothing really serious and nothing that would make me stay away from the Albergo, and I know they offer this for free, but they could decalify the waterboiler in the hall. Just an advices, nothing negative, but some might need to know, that there is no elevator up to the 4th floor and the Albergo doesn't serve breakfast. But there are plenty cafs around, so no worries.

    Bargain hotel near Piazza del Campo if you don't mind the stairs
    All the room furnishings seemed like new, and the room was immaculately clean. Bed was a very comfortable memory foam mattress. Nice small but sunny terrace with seating for four. Great shower with good water pressure and hot water. Very nice towels.
    No getting around the 80-some stairs up to the hotel, but we got used to it. All of Siena is quite hilly, so you're going up and down all day.

    Management is a joke!
    Last minute booking. Could not find hotel. Desk closes at 7 pm. No one answered the phone. Village police do not allow vehicles in the town without s hotel permit. Hotel says if you have a car, park it and walk 15 min w luggage to hotel. After not finding the hotel and desk closed 1.5 hrs after booking we gave up and found another hotel. NO REFUND. Staff said too bad non refundable.
