Nice view from the restaurant of the hotel.

The hotel disappoints with subpar conditions - evident in the need for restorations, cleanliness issues and the presence of mold in the toilet.

Very good service. The personal helped us out when we asked to change our room as it was very hot and possible issue with the thermostat. Clean. Free parking. Basic breakfast- nothing special but you will definitely not stay hungry. It was also nice to have a kettle and fridge in the room. Carrefour is very close to the hotel. If you are traveling by car- this hotel is a good choice.

The shower need some renovation but its not critical

Nice stay, but maybe time for a renewal :)

We looked for a place to stay between Como and Lecco and Albavilla was the best option. We stayed in a room on the ground floor and have direct access to the parking (our car). The breakfast was good, a lot of options - we had mainly eaten at 8.00. The bed was very comfortable. The room itself was spacious and clean, but it was a bit worn - so this is why I don't think it deserves 4 stars. The repairs in the bathroom were very sloppy. The shower cabin is not suitable for persons weighting +70 kg, as it is tiny. The staff was very friendly!!

The sloppy repairs in the bathroom, the shower cabin, not suitable for lowered cars since the entrance to the hotel is very uphill.

Excellent Italian hospitality close to lake Como

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, the restaurant provided good food, (breakfast and dinner)!

The air condition did not work properly, the window could not be opened because of the road noise, the room was warm to sleep.

We located in the 1st room behind the reception. Sometimes it was too noisy during the night.

Good place

The room was cleaned every day. You have a private parking and its 15 minutes away from Como. The breakfast was nice, you could choose out of many things. Me and my husband were both happy about our stay
