Disappointing

Price was good. But you cannot expect much.

We had only one night stop in Brisbane and my flight was early so I was hoping that we could lleave our luggages at hotel lobby to go and see the city. But they didn't accept that. I spend half of the day with two kids and four luggage around the corner in hottest summer days, and it was not fun!

Location just across from the Sports club was excellent. The pool was great. Staff were always friendly

Clean and well maintained accommodation that is easily accessible and well priced

Good location and was easy to locate. Key collection and return was super way. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Undercover parking was available. Also a great price, especially for new years eve

Did not meet any staff over the 3 days of stay to get additional toilet roll. Rubbish was not picked up

Will not stay here again due to stairs and no help with stairs (older person)

Room clean, bed comfortable,

Air conditioner was old and noisy, Staff not very helpful, had to lug my bag up two lots of stairs. I had asked for a downstairs room, Only use downstairs rooms for people with pets. This is not noted on the website, would not have stayed here knowing this.

Was close to the airport, the neighborhood was quiet, room was very clean and had recently been refurbished Great value, especially considering the low price.
