We found long black hairs in the bed , they did not answer to us in the booking chat and the bell did not work in our arrival so they didnt open to us and we waiting outside

The place was amazing! We were greeted by a lovely lady who was the owner of the place, and she checked us in. The room was really clean, warm, and comfy. It smelled really nice too. The bed was very comfortable, with a nice soft blanket on it, that made the sleeping experience great. We had a shower in our room, but there were also communal shower/bathroom to use for everyone, and it seemed very nice and clean. Our shower was provided with a shampoo and soap, which was great, because we didn't need to carry it around with us. The location is perfect, as it was in the the city center, so everything is within walking distance. Overall, very much recommended accomodation.

It was really clean and everything was as previously agreed. The young boy who is working there is really manered and helpful and explained to us everything we need to know. Additionally, he was quickly responsive whenever we needed help.

There is nothing we did not like about the property. Everything was better than expected.

Great for a night in Bologna.

The hosts were very friendly and the location is amazingly good.

The shared bathroom is quite old and could be cleaner. Also, the shower is for short people only.
