Location and breakfast - ambience with very friendly staff engaging - the shower power was poor -i like the serenity and the walkway with restaurant along -

Shower poor water flow .It took time to modify my booking through booking .com , my expectations were not meet here.-

The stuff was nice , view was beautiful and the breakfast was great too

The baby's bed broke when my daughter was sleeping in it, and this was dangerous because my daughter had not yet completed a month, and in the morning we did not find hot water to bathe.

Perfection!

Everything. The staff from house keeping to concierge, all of them were top notch. Breakfast was perfect. The views, comfort of rooms and the hotel itself was great. Location wasnt bad, it was approx. 15 min drive from anywhere.

2023 Family Trip

On our arrival day we landed early morning hours before check in time and Ali at the reception was so helpful and arranged a room for us.Much appreciated.Dennis at the information desk was also helpful organising our taxis every day and advising on sights to visit..Will surely be back soon.

Worst Stay

extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I regret to inform you that it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

I encountered a recurring issue with the key touchpad. It would consistently malfunction, leaving me stuck outside my room until a technician was able to come and fix it. This was not only inconvenient but also time-consuming, as I had to wait in the hallway each time. Secondly, I encountered a serious problem with the bathroom door in my room. It would inexplicably lock itself, forcing me to resort to breaking it open. Unfortunately, this resulted in damage to the door because the reception was occupied with another customer, leaving me with no choice but to wait for assistance. However, the most shocking incident occurred in my sister's room. During the housekeeping service, the housekeeper unknowingly removed the bed sheet while her iPad was still on the bed. To our disbelief, the iPad was tossed into the main laundry basket for the hotel. This careless mistake is completely unacceptable and has caused significant distress. To exacerbate the situation, the response from the head of customer relations, was shockingly dismissive. her reply, "That's all that happened? It's okay, we hope you have a great stay next time. We care about our customers," was not only insensitive but also failed to acknowledge the severity of the issues we faced.

Beyond wonderful

Love love the comfort and cleanliness. Can we 1st note that the hotel is still new? So every facility is new. They have a kids play room, and another for teenagers!!!! Mr. Aly on the front desk is A M A Z I N G!!!! Mr. Dennis is always amazing with info and luggage. This my 3rd time in this hotel and I cant get over it. I have stayed in many 5* hotels and I can say hands down, this is the best
