It was an amazing location and a nice house but curtains are a must so people can sleep past sunrise

location was amazing.

Rooms have no curtains that block out the light.The upstairs bedroom doesnt have a door and there are two ensuites but no real main bathroom. Both bathrooms are accessed through bedrooms .

Overall a great experience

- Very well equipped house - feels like a home - spacious - beautiful views - nice, large backyard with pool - fully fenced, safe for smaller kids outside - books, board games provided - quiet neighbourhood - private beach access

- BBQ doesn't have any shelter from rain/afternoon winds

A wonderful relaxing stay in great accommodation at Absolute Beachfront Bliss at Newell Beach.

The property was great, it was on the beach, a few minute's walk to the local take away shop up the road and 20 minutes drive to Port Douglas. The pool was a good size and great to lounge around amongst the palm trees swaying. The deck was large with a big table to have meals at and there was also a shaded cabana to hang out in. The house had all the things you needed including some staples in the pantry. There were beach towels, games to play and books to read. This all made our stay very pleasurable.

We had a absolute wonderful time. The view is just amazing. Our daughter loved the morning walks on Newell beach. The house is right on the water and the snack bar is only a few meters away , we had awesome fish and ships there. Definitely can recommend the house and newell beach. Its only 15 min drive from port Douglas. Mossman gorge is just around the corner and it s not far to the Daintree rainforest.
