Great little couple retreat for a few days

Incredible view, remote from the touristy areas which is most of Ao Nang.

It's a bit aged especially the bathroom, but very charming.

the taxi coming to pick us up.

dated decor no reception desk location awful invested in mosquitos shuttle service non existent doesnt match advertisement on the website bad service just generally a bad hotel in the middle of nowhere we booked for 3 nights and left after 4 hours. still waiting for communication from the customer service for a refund on the 2 nights we didnt stay there. I wont hold my breath

Going up to the hotel room is a challenge but the view is absolutely stunning (worth the climb), its a peaceful area and breakfast is always on time too. What makes it even better is that theres a kitty that always hangs around and greets hotel guests (so far no dogs chased after us), shes a dear and will melt your heart with her meows. So if youre a cat person like me, do get ready a bag of cat food but ofc clean up after that! Its an awesome experience so far, we love the tranquility here in this place. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay comfortable!

Only thing is we feel bad the uncle staff had to carry our heavy luggages up to the room when we arrived and it started pouring heavily

Calm and silent place with very nice jacuzzi. View could be better because you still can see nearby undeveloped places, shops. Overall nice stay, just a little bit overpriced, we were lucky to get the discount for better room.

Robes were worn out, slippers were for the giant feet, bathrooms looks like saw some life.

Everything was amazing. The room was fantastic. The views were stunning. The jacuzzi after a long day out was perfect. Air conditioning was great. It was nice and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

No complaints. The only thing would be that the bathroom decor let the place down a bit but isn't a big deal.

Unsatisfactory stay, with extremely difficult to reach villas on foot and below par services

Only thing good about the property was the rooms with the views and the location close to Ao Nang beach.

The property was not up to our expectations. Firstly, the villas are located on top of the hill, and there is a steep hike to the rooms. The property does not have a service to drop off guests at their villas. The hike is exhausting, and after a tiresome day of holidaying, it is the last thing you want to do. It is impossible to do for the elderly and those with medical conditions. The rooms were good, with lovely views, but that's about it. There was no toiletries provided (basic at any good resort/hotel). Communication was via whatsapp, since they don't have a reception yet. And replies were delayed and not up to our satisfaction. Finally, we had explicitly requested vegetarian breakfast without eggs (since we are allergic). But we were served with and egg omelette and pancakes which had egg in them. We were depending on a good breakfast since we had to drive to Phuket after check out, but were left hungry. The hotel staff apologized for this and offered us 800baht as a compensation for the breakfast for 2 rooms, but that did not cover up for the bad experience we had.
