Loved the location, cleanliness of room, great food at restaurant, and wonderful front desk staff. Eric is Awesome and Amazing!

Room was great and spacious but the lighting in the room was poor. Hard to see how to work.

Horrible stay

The staff was extremely rude, first of all, based on my choice in booking, I just was supposed to pay at the property, the day before they were already charging the reservation fee. When we arrived in the room there was a cockroach, we had killed it. The wall of the bathroom was broken, the room telephone wasnt even connected, so it wasnt working. I had to call by my phone, the hotel staff changed the room as it was our fault. It was around 1 am, we were exhausted, with a special need kid in our group, they just ignored all of it, and they just went to room because I insisted. After all this inconvenience, in the following morning, I asked if they would apply any discount and they just said no. I used to stay in other Radisson and never had a so bad treatment as this.

Brief touchdown

The facility was very suitable and clean for a hotel. The room was clean and very decent. My only issue was parking rate. You have to pay for parking separately at a valet rate with no valet service or amenities.

The parking rate of 28 dollars a day separate from room rates. Im a guest at your hotel. This place is nice and clean but this is absolutely NOT a 5 star hotel.
