Sadly, totally unsatisfactory.

On Friday, December 29, 2023, Sonya at the Country Inn & Suites by Raddison in Atlanta, GA, checked me in and gave me keys to room 224. The room was dirty, beds were unmade. We immediately went back to the front desk and turned in the keys. About 1 1/2 hours later, same room keys were given. Although the beds were made, the bedding smelled dirty. We checked out within the hour, as we were not satisfied with the room. On the same day, I reached out to Booking.com to request a full refund. On Saturday December 30th, Booking.com submitted a recommendation to the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Atlanta. On Wednesday morning, January 3rd, I left a callback message for the hotel manager at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Atlanta, GA, however have yet received a call, or refund.

Location

Faiissued. provide ADA kit as requested and needed. This is law and it was not provided although requested several times. Staff did not seem concerned to this safety issue for a guest and payong customer. Neither was any compensation for this failure issed.. I will be contacting legal counsel pertaining to this matter if no retribution is made. It is the law!!!

Disappointing

There was a blonde concierge who was very rude and Ill mannered. She should never work in customer service. I believe she is getting too old to hold a job where she has to interact with people
