Its a good place to stay in if you need to be close to the airport and you dont have a car.

Its very convenient to get to and from the airport. They have a shuttle to take you. Its clean and comfortable to stay in.

Front desk clerk was rude!!!!!!!!!!!!! Policy, if telling someone that they need to read a random form in the room to get their room clean to me this is unacceptable, I hope this is not standard operation procedures. If this is the policy it should be brief at time of check in. You will probably lose a lot of guest. After a long flight or drive no one go to their room expecting they need to review hotel policies and sumbit written request to get thier room clean. Asst. GM resolved issue but General Manager never callled or responsed to request to speak to him about guest issue. Still debating o wherther to share muy experience with others or was this a unique situation. Totally suprise about GM response.

Might need cosmetic upgrade in bathroom otherwise best beds we have slept in. Better than beds in Intercontinental!!!

Exceptional

Staff were exceptional as was the food and no one treated anyone badly here and always has smile on faces and at the ready to help.The shuttle will take you and pick up from airport and the driver was excellent driver.

Elevators were a little slow but other than that it was great.

The location

The manager still hasnt called me to pay my deposit back and I have called and emailed. I called the accountant team and there is no answer always on vacation getting paid and not contacting customers to handle the matter.

We always park our car here when we fly and decided to stay after our long flight home back from out of the country. It was very comfortable and we slept great.
