I liked property and customer relationship maintained by property owners

I liked the nature of owner & the way they intracted with us. They were ready to support every stage.

Property is good but street lights was not available it was difficult to come without vehicle.

Best home stay in our Kerala trip

Everything was great, best home stay in our Kerala trip. Exceptional Hospitality from the host Lawrence. They arranged all the activities and came to the places to help us.. Clean room and bathroom with all time hot water. Home-like atmosphere. Coffee and tea are served to the room. We enjoyed our stay at sopanam heritage. Thank you Lawrence uncle We recommend it to everyone..couples or family

It was a pretty good experience overall

Location is great, food was right next door. Beach is right in front of us and we loved to watch the sunset.

There were mosquitoes, cockroaches and spiders in the room. A bug spray/catcher in the room would have been great. There restaurants close by and it looks like guests dropped food items in the beach. Plenty of crows and dogs woke us up too early. Could have been more peaceful if the trash was not exposed .

Excellent home stay. Absolutely village vibes.

Everything was nice at this property. Everyone is friendly and ready to help. The room was nice and big enough for two. Nice clean bathroom and hot water for shower. Property manager was excellent and had local knowledge and helped with various activities.

Nothing really. We loved to stay here again.

The owner and caretaker were very humble kind and helpful

We had many lizards in our room so we got a new room. The new room was also not clean. There were wild mushrooms/fungus growing between the bathroom gate and near it inside our room. The sheets were not cleans. Id prefer a clean room with no facilities than a dirty room with basic facilities.

Neat and clean rooms.. pleasant stay.. so nice host.. always ready to help Guided well to cover spots and arranged everything for us whether it is booking for activities or breakfast, lunch, dinner.. Special thanks to Lawrence and Rajesh for such a warm hosting
