Good location. Hot in room at night, had a real budget feel.

Wanted cooked to order only had buffet

Air conditioning didnt work very well, beds and pillows uncomfortable, dated decor. Not as good value as our stay at Rydges.

Well equipped bathroom,with good range of toiletries.

The kerfuffle of vehicle parking (i.e. lack of short-term parking available) when trying to check in, and the confusing layout of elevators for the hotel / parking building. No information provided about this at check in. A Facilities compendium was not provided in room, which made knowledge of / access to facilities difficult. Baggage trundlers not available to transport luggage from car park to room - a difficult process for Senior guests (age 84 and 76), and having to utilize 2 different elevator systems to reach the room .

Excellent location and price point.

Location and price were amazing.

One lobby staff member on arrival was rude, abrasive and wouldnt answer our questions about the parking options and the price difference between the hotel parking and the Wilsons parking next door.
