The bathtub and hot shower work properly.

There were 2 roaches when i arrived. No bottled water was provided. Reception only takes cash?? Couldn't even transfer the money. It's 2024. Online payment should be available. Only 1 tv channel available.

I wasn't really comfortable with the vibe and the neighborhood surround it.

It's in the center of the city, close to the main road. Nonetheless, the place isn't too noisy in the night. There is daily cleaner too, and the bathroom was spacious, but the bathroom door was broken, I hope it got fixed.

There is no table and proper chair where I can eat and work on my laptop. There is only 1 dressing table which is useless in my case.

Low price, poor standard and dirty rooms

24h reception desk

Dirty room, broken elements in the bathroom, no toilet paper, no soap, aircon barely working and smells bad. Not quite the same feeling as while looking at the photos on the booking site.

Spacious room and strategic location

The location was strategic, easy access to street food and/or food delivery services. The room was spacious and clean. The sofa was big enough for my 8-year old son to sleep on.

The water did not hot enough and the TV only have 1 channel that works. But overall it was okay, worth the price.

The staff is nice. changed my room when I complained about the wifi connection.

Theres no sign that says the name of the hotel. I walked around the block in the hot weather for 20 minutes trying to find it. They could mention that it's black gates or something. The address is misleading
